SABAA TOVAR
Ordained Pastor | International Speaker | Entrepreneur | Singer-Songwriter
"Building leaders, empowering generations, and transforming society through faith and excellence."
Mission
To build up and empower this generation.
My passion is to communicate a message of faith, hope, emotional healing, and holistic development, equipping leaders who are capable of transforming their personal, spiritual, and professional environments.
Through concerts, conferences, and educational platforms, my calling is to inspire and equip today's women to discover their purpose, strengthen their identity, and exercise influence with integrity and excellence.
While a significant part of this mission focuses on women, the message transcends gender and generations. It is also directed toward youth and adults from diverse cultures, social backgrounds, and nations, with the purpose of developing a generation prepared to lead with faith, wisdom, and vision.
Vision
To expand an international network of leaders, entrepreneurs, and businesswomen with social awareness and a transformational vision.
A community of women and leaders committed to raising their voices to represent and advocate for those who often go unheard.
Through leadership, education, faith, and social action, this network seeks to create a positive, sustainable, and evolving impact on society by developing leaders who influence culture, family, the economy, and nations.

Biography
Sabaa Tovar is an ordained pastor, international speaker, singer-songwriter, and Venezuelan strategic entrepreneur. Born in Caracas and professionally trained in the United States, she has developed a multifaceted career that integrates Christian ministry, academic excellence, organizational leadership, artistic expression, and business development.
With an active music career since 2001, Sabaa is a pop vocalist with classical vocal performance training, a pianist and guitarist, as well as a composer and producer of her own repertoire. Her artistic style, influenced by Afro-Latin music, jazz, and gospel, has served as both an evangelistic and educational platform throughout the Americas and Europe, where she has participated in concerts, conferences, and master classes that combine worship, spiritual formation, and musical excellence.
She earned a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance (Classical) from the University of the District of Columbia after completing studies in Music Education and Business Administration at Miami Dade College. Ministerial Journey and Apostolic Leadership
For more than two decades of active pastoral ministry in the United States, Sabaa has served in Florida and Virginia, establishing and strengthening congregations in both states while training leaders and developing sustainable ministry structures.
Her theological formation was shaped under the mentorship of her father, Dr. Luis G. Throughout her ministry, she has planted churches, trained generations of worship leaders and ministry leaders, restored families, and managed international ministry structures.
For nearly twelve years, she served as Administrative Pastor of Word of Faith World Outreach Ministry, leading operational, legal, and strategic areas of the organization.
